Eat gluten-free, sugar-free and flour-free and enjoy this amazing dessert!A very easy and healthy oats cake (use chocolate with no added sugar if you can) I love oats recipes very much and there are many people in the world who love oats. This chocolate and banana cake can be prepared sugar-free in just 10 minutes. A simple and quick recipe for the whole family.
Ingredients:
~ 120 g/ 1¼ cup of rolled oats
~ 250 ml/ 1 cup of hot milk
~ 2 ripe bananas
~ 2 eggs
~ pinch of salt
~ 30 g/4 tbsp of cocoa powder
~ 5 g/1 of tsp baking powder
~ decorate with nuts (optional)
~ 100 g/3.5 oz of dark chocolate(with no added sugar)
~ 50 ml/3.5 tbsp milk
Method:
➤ Add rolled oats and hot milk in a bowl, mix it and leave it for 10 minutes.
➤ Mash the bananas.
➤ Add the mashed bananas, eggs and salt in a separate bowl.
➤ Whisk it very well.
➤ Add cocoa powder and baking soda to the mixture and whisk it well.
➤ Now add this mixture with the soaked rolled oats.
➤ Give it a good mix.
➤ Grease the pan with butter.
➤ Transfer the mixture to the pan.
➤ Decorate it with nuts. (optional)
➤ Bake it for 35-40 minutes at 180°C /360°F.
➤ Add milk to the dark chocolate and melt it.
➤ Now pour the melted dark chocolate to the top of the delicious oats cake or just decorate it with the melted dark chocolate.
➤ Cut it into pieces.
➤ Delicious and desirable Zero-Sugar chocolate oats cake is ready.
