Zero-Oil Samosa/ Zero-Oil Potato Snack

 This Zero-Oil Samosa or the Zero-Oil Potato snack is a very tasty snack for your tea time. People who mostly don't like the fried items can enjoy it merrily in their snack time. It is healthy and fulfilling. Children and adults both like it a lot. A great recipe for your craving.

let's start the recipe.

Ingredients:

For Dough:

►Wheat flour    2 cups

Salt    ½ tsp/According to your taste

►Oregano    1 tsp

►Water    Required accordingly to make a dough

For Samosa Filling:

Potato    1 (boiled and grated)

Cumin seeds    1 tsp

Coriander Powder    1 tsp

Turmeric Powder    ¼ tsp

Chilli Powder    ¼ tsp

►Garam Masala     ¼ tsp

►Mango Powder (Amchoor)    1 tsp

Green chilli    1 (finely chopped)

Salt    ½ tsp/According to your taste

►Fresh Coriander Leaves/Cilantro    2 tbsp (finely chopped)

Green Peas    ¼ cup (steamed)

Method:

►Add wheat flour, oregano, salt in a bowl. Mix it.

►Add water gradually and form a dough.

►Keep it aside for 30 minutes.

►In a separate bowl add Potato, cumin seeds, coriander powder, turmeric powder, chilli powder, garam masala, mango powder, green chilli, salt, coriander, peas.

►Give it a good mix.

►Now make small balls of the dough.

►Roll each ball into a thin round sheet.

►Cut the round sheet in two parts.

►Give it a shape of samosa.

►Fill it with the potato filling.

►Press the edges so the filling won't come out.

For Baking Method:1

►Place the samosas in a baking tray covered with aluminium foil.

►Bake it in an oven for 20-25 minutes on 180৹.

For Baking Method:2

►Now in a pan add one pack of salt, cover it and pre-heat it for 10 minutes.

►Place a plate covered with aluminium foil in the pan.

►Put your Samosas on that plate.

►Cover the pan and let it bake for 25-30 minutes on low heat.

►Take out your Samosas.

►Your Zero-Oil Samosa is ready to eat. Enjoy it with your favorite sauce.
