Ingredients:
For Cheese Vegetable Bread: Cabbage 1 medium Carrot 1 small (you can skip or replace with cabbage) Green chili 1 Eggs 3-4 Black pepper crushed to taste Pink salt to taste Cheddar cheese ¾ Cup or as required Butter 1 tbsp
For Grilled Chicken:
Garlic powder ¼ tsp
Black pepper powder ¼ tsp
Red chili powder ¼ tsp or to taste
Dried oregano ¼ tsp
Onion powder ¼ tsp
Pink salt ¼ tsp or to taste
Chicken fillet 250g
Butter 1 tbsp
For Keto Garlic Sauce:
Mint leaves 10-12
Garlic cloves 2-3
Lemon juice ½ tbsp
Yogurt hung ½ Cup
Cream ¼ Cup
Black pepper crushed According to taste
Pink salt According to taste
Method:
To make Cheese Vegetable Bread:
➤With the help of a knife, julienne cut the carrot, green chili, and cabbage. Then, place the vegetables in a bowl.
➤In a bowl, combine all the vegetables, eggs, crushed black pepper, and salt.
➤Add the grated cheddar cheese, combine, and set aside.
➤Add butter to a sandwich maker over a stovetop and let it melt.
➤Add prepared egg and vegetable mixture, spread evenly, cover, and close the sandwich maker.
➤ Cook from both sides over a medium flame till done.
To Make Grilled Chicken:
➤ Now in a bowl, combine, garlic powder, black pepper powder, red chili powder, dried oregano, onion powder, and pink salt.
➤Use a meat mallet to pound the chicken fillet on both sides and cut it in half.
➤Spread equally the prepared seasoning over the two sides of the chicken fillets.
➤Add butter to a sandwich maker over a stovetop and let it melt.
➤Add the chicken, cover it, and shut the sandwich maker. Cook the chicken over low heat from both sides till it is done, then let it rest for two minutes before cutting it into slices then set it aside.
For Keto Garlic Sauce:
➤Chop the mint leaves, garlic, and place in a bowl.
Add the lemon juice, yogurt, cream, crushed black pepper, and pink salt and combine thoroughly.
Assembling the Sandwich:
➤Spread prepared keto garlic sauce on the cheese vegetable bread, top with chicken slices, and then top with another cheese vegetable bread.
Slices should be served with keto garlic sauce.
