In just a few minutes, your kitchen will be filled with mouthwatering aromas and smiles from this nutritious one-pan keto meal. The taste receptors are enticed by ground meat soaked with coconut cream, spinach, and classic curry spices. Give it a go! It is really easy to make.
Ingredients:
~Onion 1 (sliced)
~Coconut oil 1 tbsp
~Garlic cloves 2 (minced)
~Curry powder 2 tbsp
~Ground beef or ground turkey 2lbs
~Pink Salt 1½ tsp
~Coconut cream ¾ cup
~Baby spinach 3¹/² cups
Method:
~Slice the onions
~Add coconut oil to the frying pan, heat it on medium flame.
~Add onions in the frying pan and saute it.
~Now add garlic and curry powder and stir it for half a minute.
~Add ground beef and salt. Let it cook until done. Keep stirring in between.
~Add coconut cream in it and combine it well.
~Now gradually add spinach to the simmering beef in the pan. Cook until it wilts.
~Can add more salt if needed. Garnish it with the cilantro, chili, sliced ginger or with the crispy fried egg.
