Easy and Yummy Minced Beef Recipe with a combination of potato, tomato, and bell pepper in a tomato sauce is a perfect dinner to satisfy your meat and veggie cravings at the same time. Minced Meat Patties were baked in oven with veggies in tomato sauce. This colorful dish is a wonderful recipe for family dinner tables.
⇔ Ingredients:
⧫160 grams / 2 small onions
⧫10 grams / 2 garlic cloves
⧫80 grams / 1 slice of bread
⧫20 grams / a bunch of parsley or cilantro
⧫450 grams of ground beef
⧫1 teaspoon of curry powder
⧫½ teaspoon of salt
⧫2 tablespoons of olive oil (or any of your favorite veggie oils)
⧫450 grams / 4 small potatoes
⧫500 grams / 2 large tomatoes
⧫100 grams / half of a bell pepper
⇔ Method:
⧫ First blend the onions and garlic.
⧫ Then add the slice of bread and blend it well.
⧫ Then add parsley or cilantro and blend it again.
⧫ Transfer the blended onions, garlic, bread, parsley to a bowl.
⧫ Add ground beef, curry powder and salt. (it will be much better if you blend the ground beef with the mixture).
⧫ Now add oil and give it a good mix.
⧫ Make small patties of it.
⧫ Now slice the potatoes, tomatoes and bell pepper.
⧫ Assemble or make the layer of patties and veggies(potato, tomato, bell pepper) in the bake-ware.
⧫ In a separate pan add oil and tomato paste and saute it for 4 minutes on medium heat.
⧫ Add boiling water to the pan and heat it for another 4 minutes.
⧫ Pour the prepared sauce over the patties into the bake-ware.
⧫ Bake them in a preheated oven at 200°C / 390°F for 70 minutes.
⧫ If you don't want to bake the patties then you can simply fry it. ☺
