Instructions:
► Dice up 180 grams / 2 medium onions ► Mince 15 grams / 4 garlic cloves ► Slice 600 grams / 17 medium mushrooms ► Chop up 50 grams / a bunch of cilantro or parsley ► Add 80 grams of butter to a pan ► Add the diced-up onions ► Saute them on medium heat for 5 minutes ► Add the mined garlic ► Saute them on medium heat for 1 minute ► Add the sliced mushrooms ► Saute them on medium heat for 10 minutes ► Add half of the chopped-up cilantro ► Add ½ teaspoon of salt ► Add 1 teaspoon of black pepper ► Add 25 grams / 2 tablespoons of wheat flour ► Mix them and keep stirring. ► Add 400 ml / 1 ⅔ cups of chicken broth ► Mix them and keep stirring. ► Close the lid and let it cook on low heat for 5 minutes ► Add 400 ml / 1 ⅔ cups of whipping cream ► Add the remainder of the chopped-up cilantro ► Mix them and keep stirring. ► Boil on medium heat for 10 minutes.► Enjoy this delicious Creamy Mushroom Soup.
