Instructions:
► 750 grams / 5 chicken breasts ► Sprinkle ½ teaspoon of salt ► Sprinkle ½ teaspoon of black pepper ► Similarly sprinkle salt and black pepper on the other side ► Chop up 200 grams / 1 medium onion ► Mince 30 grams / 5 garlic cloves► Add 2 tablespoons of olive oil to a pan
► Add 30 grams of butter
► Saute the chicken breasts on medium heat for 8 minutes
► Rotate them
► Saute them on medium heat for additional 5 minutes on the other side
► Remove the chicken breasts
► In the same pan saute the chopped-up onion on medium heat for 10 minutes
► Add the minced garlic and saute it on medium heat for 2 minutes
► Add ½ teaspoon of nutmeg
► Add 240 ml / 1 cup of chicken broth
► Add 1 teaspoon of dried parsley
► Heat them on medium heat for 3 minutes
► Add 240 ml / 1 cup of whipping cream
► Heat on medium heat until it boils
► Add the chicken breasts and cook on medium heat for 3 minutes
► Rotate them
► Cook them on medium heat for additional 3 minutes.
