COCONUT BURFI IN 10 MINUTES.
Ingredients:
3 Cup Grated Coconut (Fresh) 2 Cups Sugar 1/2 Cup Milk 2 Tbsp Fresh Cream 1/4 Tsp Cardamom PowderMethod:
➤ First blend the fresh grated coconut.
➤ Heat the pan and add coconut, milk and sugar to the pan.
➤ Keep stirring and combine it well.
➤ Keep stirring until the sugar melts.
➤ Cook for about 10 minutes.
➤ Add the fresh cream.
➤ Give it a good mix.
➤ In this 10 to 15 minutes the mixture will get thickened and will start separating from the pan.
➤ Add cardamon powder and mix it well.
➤ Now transfer the mixture to the pan with greased butter paper.
➤ Spread evenly.
➤ Rest it for 10 minutes. (you may keep it in the refrigerator)
➤ Take it out carefully and cut it into your desired shape or make small balls of it.
➤ You can garnish it with pistachio or almonds. (optional)
➤ Your Coconut Burfi is ready in 30 minutes.
➤ Enjoy this delicious dessert.
