let's start the recipe.
Ingredients:
Pistachios ¾ cup (90 gm) Powdered Sugar ¼ cup Milk Powder 3 tbsp Milk 2 tsp Cashew Nuts 1 cup (150 gm) White Sugar ½ cup Rose Water ½ tsp Ghee/Butter 1 tspwater ¼ cup
Method:
► Blend the Pistachios to make a fine powder.
► Transfer it to a bowl.
► Add powdered sugar, milk powder (1 tbsp).
► Combine it well.
► Add milk gradually to it and keep mixing.
► Mix it with hand and make a dough of it.
► Make strips of it and keep it aside.
► Blend the cashews to make a fine powder.
► In a pan add sugar, water, rose water.
► Mix it well until the sugar dissolves.
► Bring it to boil. Check the consistency of it with finger, it will be making a string on your finger.
► Add the ground cashew powder in it.
► Add milk powder (2 tbsp) in it.
► Mix it well.
► Add ghee/butter to it.
► Cook it for 3-4 minutes on low heat.
► Transfer the mixture to a board with butter paper.
► Give it a mix. The mixture will be hardened.
► Place another butter paper on the top of the mixture.
► Roll it into a thin sheet.
► Remove the butter paper.
► Cut it into 4 strips.
► Roll the pistachio dough strips into it.
► Cut it into your desired measurement.
► The tasty Cashew-Pistachio Rolls are ready.
► Enjoy your delicious dessert.
