Zero-Sugar Carrot Halwa or Gajar Ka Halwa


Carrot Halwa also know as Gajar Ka halwa or Gajrela is a classic Pakistani/Indian Dessert. This delicious dessert is made with grated carrots, milk, ghee. It is delicately scented with cardamom powder and chopped nuts. The divine taste and aroma of this dessert will take you to another world. Try making this delicious dessert with ZERO SUGAR. Ingredients: 2 Cups Grated Carrot 3/4 Cup Milk (Skimmed) 1 Tbsp Desi Ghee 1 Tbsp Cashew Nuts 1 Tbsp Raisins 1/4 Tsp Cardamom Zero Sugar (as per taste) Almonds Pistachio



Method:

➤ Add Desi ghee to the pan. ➤ Add cashew nuts.

➤ Fry until it gets golden brown.

➤ Add Raisins

➤ Fry until raisins swell.

➤ Take the nuts out from the pan and keep it aside.

➤ Now add grated carrots to the pan.

➤ Saute it for 5 minutes on medium flame.

➤ Add milk into it.

➤ Give it a good mix.

➤ Cover the pan and cook it until the water dries. (keep stirring in between)

➤,Now add the sweetener and cardamon powder.

➤ Give it a good mix and cook it for 2 minutes on medium flame.

➤ Add the fries Cashews and Raisins to it.

➤ Give it a good mix.

➤ Transfer it to the serving bowl.

➤ Delicious Zero Sugar Gajar ka Halwa is ready.
