Alfredo White Sauce Lasagna Roll Ups



Ingredients:

Prepare Alfredo White Sauce:

~Butter 1 tbsp

~Cooking oil 1 tbsp Ingredients:

~Garlic chopped 1 tbsp 

~Onion chopped 2 tbsp(optional) 

~Cream 1 Cup 

~Milk ¾ Cup 

~Salt ½ tsp or to taste 

~Black pepper crushed 1 tsp 

Prepare Chicken filling:

~Black pepper crushed ½ tsp 

~Garlic powder 1 tsp

~Salt ½ tsp or to taste 

~Cumin powder ½ tsp 

~Paprika powder ¼ tsp 

~Chicken fillets 350g 

~Cooking oil 2-3 tbsp

~Mushrooms chopped ½ Cup

~Fresh parsley chopped 1 & ½ tbsp 

~Parmesan cheese powder 3 tbsp

Assembling:

~Lasagna sheets (boiled until 3/4th done)

~Capsicum chopped 

~Red chilli crushed 

~Mozzarella cheese grated 

~Fresh parsley chopped



Method:

For Alfredo White Sauce:

~In a pan add butter and cooking oil

~Let it melt.

~Now add garlic and onion and mix it well.

~Now on a low heat add milk and cream.

~Give it a good mix.

~Now add salt, black pepper, mushrooms, parsley.

~Mix well.

~Now add parmesan cheese powder and mix it well.

~Cook until the sauce gets thick (about 1-2 minutes) 

~Turn off the flame and set it aside.

For Chicken Filling:

~Cover the chicken fillets with salt, black pepper, paprika, cumin powder, garlic powder. 

~Mix well and marinate it for 15 to 20 minutes.

~In a cast iron pan add cooking oil.

~Cook chicken fillets in it and grill it until done

~2 to 3 minutes each side.

~Now cover the pan and let it cook more for 4 to 5 minutes on low flame.

~Turn off the flame.

~Shred the chicken with the help of fork and set it aside.

Assembling:

~On a lasagna sheet spread the prepared delicious Alfredo White Sauce.

~Add chicken, capsicum, red chilli.

~Roll it.

~Now in a baking dish put some prepared Alfredo White Sauce.

~Put the lasagna rolls on it.

~Again spread the prepared Alfredo White Sauce.

~Spread and cover it with mozzarella cheese, fresh parsley and crushed red chilli.

~Bake it in a preheated oven at 180C for 15 minutes (until cheese melts).
